I applied the Double Diamond, Lean UX, and Agile methodologies, starting with a benchmark analysis to identify best practices and intuitive patterns for biometric authentication experiences. Based on the project scope and priorities defined in earlier meetings, I followed a clear roadmap to guide each phase of the design process.
I created UX flows to streamline UI development and conducted a design critique session with experts from accessibility, UI, UX, and UX writing to identify weaknesses and improvement opportunities across the experience.
Thanks to this collaborative feedback process, I was able to enhance consistency, clarity, and security, delivering a cohesive financial experience aligned with both user needs and team objectives.
