Following the Agile methodology, I began by mapping the process flow and analyzing key technical aspects of the project — including software selection and implementation strategies. I then conducted benchmarking to identify essential features and functionalities the app should include.

Through continuous iteration based on usability testing, I validated hypotheses and achieved a 70% System Usability Score (SUS).

At the end of each sprint, I presented results to the team, tracked key metrics, and shared best practices to drive ongoing improvement.
